Kingray Photoelectric technology Co., Ltd. was renamed from Kingray Electronic Co., Ltd.
The company was built on Feb 1999 and served for the wafer dicing.
Our business focused on the semiconductor wafer, diode, LED epitaxil wafer.
Kingray are famous in the semiconductor wafer dicing OEM industry.
In 2002, Kingray was the first one who induced the semiductor wafer dicing technoloty to optical element industry.
The requirements in dimension precision and surface quality in semiconductor were far rigorous than traditional optical element industry.
This advantage made Kingray become the leader of optical element dicing service industry.
We also induced the tray and vaccum packing technology from semiconductor wafer industry to optical element products.
It was very helpful in surface quality of the camera moudle assembly process.
It also hugely increase the camera assembly processing speed and quality.
Kingray got the orders from almost every customer in Taiwan who needs dicing OEM service.
As the camera was induced smartphone as a standard, the requirement of optical filters increased hugly.
The production capacity and company capital amount was increased in a very rapid speed.
The factory was moved to Da-Ming Rd. which is larger than old one. We continued investment to keep OEM superiority.
Later on, we bulit a cleamroom of class 100, and induced the glass grinding technology and machine.
Absorb optical filter - blue glass was kingray's main products at that stage.
Later, we induced drill process for circular shape of glass.
This process made kingray's customer more flexability in their mechanism design.
As the industry went automatical assembly, kingray induced the pick & press proccesing (korean machine) to fit the customer's requirements.
New blue glass (organic blue glass) was developed in 2016, the mechanic character is more fittable for the design with small and less weight camera moudle.
2017 kingray involved the ToF moudle field with the NBPF filter.
The NBPF is more difficult then IR-cut or other optical filter than before.
To control the production specification, kingray induced japanese optical sputtering coator.
We bulit Chungli coating factory with 13200 m(2) and a cleanroom for it.
Extend to the products of IAD coater.
Extend to NGB material.
